Can I log in from another country?
Yes, you can log in through www.urunet.com from anywhere in the world.

Can I share my user and password?
No. Your login will be suspended if it accesses Urunet from two or more workstations simultaneously. In case you need an additional login, you must request it to your Account Executive.

Is there a training course I can take to learn to use Urunet?
Yes. You are entitled to a training course, which your Account Executive can teach either in your own company or by phone, and afterwards you will have constant support via mail or phone.
